LAND

In project LAND, students apply concepts from in the lecture “Landscape planning and environmental systems” on practical examples. We develop useful GIS approaches to quantify landscape structure, functions, and ecosystem services. We use spatial data to develop and evaluate landscape planning measures, such as urban greening, river restoration, and nature reserves.
